It has been a while since I set everything up. Which setting determins the source used for synthetic vision and data logging? I have 3 GPS inputs to the skyview: An ARINC 429 source, and 2 RS232 source inputs. This installation does not have the Dynon GPS

SkyView’s Moving Map Page (and other system functions) use POS and GPS sources for its data as allocated in your serial and other setups. Regardless of the number of data sources in your system, the system prioritizes these sources and fails over to them as follows:
POS 1 > GPS 1 >GPS 2 >GPS 3 >GPS 4 >POS 2 >POS 3 >POS 4
POS 1 > GPS 1 >GPS 2 >GPS 3 >GPS 4 >POS 2 >POS 3 >POS 4
(Also, to double-check for yourself, shutting off the highest priority source will cause synthetic vision to go away - usually for just a second or two - as the system find the next highest priority source)
