I have an early Dynon Skyview 10"in my RV-12 (w/ 912 ULS), this is what I see: Sectional on left 2/5ths of screen / Flight instruments on center 2/5ths / Engine instruments on right 1/5th. That way, the important flight info is directly in front of the pilot and the engine info is off to the right where it typically is on a round-dial airplane plane. It depends on your specific model Dynon equipment, VFR vs IFR flying, and panel space / layout.
