Hello we just installed complete HDX suite with SV radio connected to PM1000 intercom. All works great other than radio incoming volume in really really low with everything turned up. Also display audible warnings are extremely low volume.
I just had a customer with this exact problem.
The fault was his AUX headphone jack AUDIO HI tang (the tip of the phone jack) was bent in, and was shorted to the AUDIO LO, thereby grounding the audio line.
I would look at your jacks first and make sure the tangs aren't touching each other, or a ground structure close by.
Failing this, it's likely your audio hi line has grounded somewhere in the wiring.
Your SkyView audio is low as well because it connects into the PM1000, so everything will be low.
