SkyView HDX1100 and Garmin GTR225A (8.33kHz)

I have an issue with HDX1100 and Garmin GTR225A radio (it has 8.33kHz channel spacing).

Dynon SkyView HDX has software v16.2.4 and Garmin GTR225A v2.02

Both devices are connected, so on SkyView on top bar there is displayed COM radio information (same frequencies as set on the radio)

However it is not possible to use SkyView to send frequencies into the Garmin radio.
The function TUNE COM on aerodrome info page on SkyView is shown but as soon as it is clicked, the frequency is not send to the radio.
Same happens when the frequency is set manually via SkyView - it is neither sent to the radio.

But when the frequency is changed on the radio, then SkyView also updates the frequncies on its top bar..

Below you can see how the radio and SkyView are set.
As per the installation manual, it should be working both directions

Any ideas how to solve the problem?

Is the GTR 225 the primary radio? The HDX will only send frequencies to the primary radio. It will display frequencies on a secondary radio, but it cannot control that radio or send frequencies to it.

Yes, it is the primary radio. Actually there is only one radio in this plane.
However is there any option in the settings menu to check whether this radio is not set as a secondary unit?

I forgot to add that the plane is equipped only with one HDX display

There might be an incompatibility with the 8.33 channel spacing mode. If you switch the radio to 25 Khz mode, does that change things?
