Skyview not showing IFR LO!

Went to use the Lo IFR chart on SV and it's not there. Under LAYERS, Terrain, VFR sectional and IFR Hi, are on the bottom but IFR Lo is missing. I made a new usb and loaded the full options onto the drive from Seattle Avionics flew today and still no IFR LO on the list. I tryed advance autopilot and standard autopilot and still no IFR LO. It was there several months ago.
Any ideas??

I still have that problem although Seattle Avionics has a fix which I tried without success. I'm waiting for the next update end of the month, with clean USB sticks to see if the new uploads work. Seattle Avionics did give me three months of downloads added to my subscription for free--Thanks. But still no joy.

As Steve from SA says often, send an email to support@seattleavionics.com and you'll get personalized help quickly. They don't monitor these forums regularly.

Check with another SV operator and he has the same issue. Ill let him know but he maybe cares less he's not Instrument rated.

I have the same issue. The latest SA downloads with version 14.2.1. I also tried the "fix".

Sent 4/4: I spent some hours today re-downloading hoping that I could bring up the Lo IFR charts—I’ll install the thumb drives tomorrow to see if they show up. Do I need to download that key file? When can I just update without doing that extra step? Thanks for the offer of a few months of free subscriptions.

Bob, it's a bit odd that Steve never returned your email.  He's been great about getting back to me each and every time.

Anyway, if your charts aren't showing up you do indeed need to download the key file and un-zip the contents to your thumb drive per Steve's instructions near the bottom of this thread: http://dynonavionics.com/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1459818578

This was (hopefully) just a one-time problem, so next month's download on or before April 28 should be fine.

Alternatively to the key file download, there's always the option to delete all the chart data from your PC and your thumb drive, forcing the software to re-download the data from the servers.  Shortly after I brought this issue up, SA had fixed it by providing the key file AND fixing the data on their servers so that it would work seamlessly for customers who hadn't yet performed the download.
