I would like to reinstall an older version of software. How do I get 16.0.1? Thanks in advance!

You will need to contact Dynon support, and if they allow you to do that, they will email you a link to the older firmware and a set of instructions. It's not always a straightforward process and probably will require some calls back to Dynon Support, and that's why they might balk a little.
