Skyview synthetic vision refresh rate

I have just installed a skyview d1000 in my aircraft and the synthetic vision seems to be very jumpy and not smooth or fluid. Is there any way to increase the refresh rate of the display?

What GPS source are you using? Is this on the ground or in flight? Pitch and roll should be completely fluid, while the actual position viewpoint is updated as your GPS does. with the SV-GPS-2020 or SV-GPS-250 this is 4-5 times per second. The overall effect should be smooth. If you're on the ground, you might see some GPS "walking" that can be abrupt.
