Does the v14.1 technical service bulletin  imply that v14.1 must be installed after v14.0 is installed  (note #3 in the affected equipment paragraph)? Or is v14.1 merely a correction to v14.0?  I am now running v13.0.3 on a SV-D700 unit, SN 1597. Can I now safely install v14.1 over v13.0.3? Thanks.

The service bulletin only applies if you are already running v14.0 because it's the only one affected by the issue. So it is telling you that you really should upgrade if you have v14.0. If you don't then it's your own preference.

You can go direct from any SW version to v14.1.
