Skyview Vertical lines after version 10 update.

10" Skyview was working fine until I decided to update to the new version 10 software so I could have the six pack overlay,after going through the update process the unit shut down and now has vertical coloured lines that don't go away.
Nothing happens when you reboot you get coloured lines.
What has happened ?
