The Aviation and Obstacle databases are there, Cycle: 1904/1902.  Downloaded them a couple of days ago.

US Aviation Database: Valid: March 28 - April 24 (Cycle: 1904)

BTW, I checked the link you listed in your post, and that also worked.  It noted the following updates:

You may want to clear your browser cache and try that link again if that is your preferred method.

Over the past few years there were two major software updates every year in March and Sep.

What had happened this year?

It hasn't been quite that regular, but we are still working on software releases about twice a year.

Y'all better get on the stick...Big G just released new software that has new FIS-B weather products such as lightning, turbulence, icing, cloud tops...
