Hi new to forum
I have a classic sonex and am about to fit a single skyview HDX 10'' and was wondering if I need to get rid of the tilt in my panel for glare readability as Jim Hicke did in his waiex see utube video
Jim's skyview is the classic so I was hoping the new HDX would be ok tilted, modifying the panel isn't to big a deal I just like the look of it tilted.
any advise would be greatly appreciated.

cheers

One of our employees built a Sonex with two 7" SkyView Classic displays, and he also built himself a vertical panel for max visibility. The bottom line is that HDX is pretty sunlight readable, but very direct sunlight reflecting into your eyes is hard for any electronic display to overcome. So limiting those angles, when you can, is generally a good idea.
