Stall Warning - No Audio

On RV-12 built as an E-LSA, a stall warning vane activates a microswitch that carries C37 Pin 11 to ground.  As originally wired a stall would turn a Engine section widget on the EFIS red, bring up a PUSH title and activate a tone in the headset.  After picking up the airplane at a paint shop, I used a handheld to fly home due to a loud squeal in the radio.  Later I found the stall microswitch continuously activated, producing the loud tone through the COM's built-in intercom.

After resetting the stall warning microswitch, I now experience the red widget and PUSH label, but no audio tone when the stall warning is activated.  All other aural voice warnings are functional.  I found the stall sensor settings with the alarm off.  I changed the alarm to self clearing, but no change.

The rest of the stall sensor settings are standard for a contact with range 5 enabled, PUSH, red 0.0-2.0V and range 4 enabled, not set, black, 2.0-5.0V.  Ranges 1,2,3 not enabled.

In the hangar I can detect a very faint change in background noise when the stall warning is activated.

Any ideas of the problem?  Any other diagnostics to try?

The stall warning on the RV-12 comes from outside of Dynon and is mixed by the RV-12 electrical box.
