SUCCESS. At about 11:45am after 5 months working on my new Skyview panel I took the airplane on a maintenance shakedown flight here at David Wayne Hooks (KDWH) airport. Everything worked exactly as advertised with not even a minor issue showing up in flight. Adjusted the Skyview PFD and the D6 PFD in-flight attitude display. I stayed about 1hr in the pattern at 1900ft. A few more flights to check and complete a few other in-flight adjustments and I can finally call the install complete.
The best part was seeing a traffic alert symbol on the PFD synthetic vision page then looking out the window to see him approach and pass underneath me.
