SV 700 slow to boot up

I have a dual SV700 installation. The left screen boots up normally in about 40-45 seconds. The right screen takes about a minute and a half. During that time it repeatedly displays the initial Dynon Logo, goes blank, then displays the Dynon Logo again. Yesterday it did this then froze on the Dynon Logo.
Any suggestions? I have the 10.1 version of the firmware installed.

Have you checked to see if the serial number is part of the SB range?

First, know that even if you're having an issue like this where it takes a few tries to get started, once it's booted, it will stay up. Yes, do check against the service bulletin. But most likely we'll want to that display here to take to take care of the issue with that right display.

I checked the MAC address on the website for the service bulletin. It's not one of the ones identified as problematic. I'll call tech support tomorrow.
