Any way to get the SV-adhb-470 to talk to a Garmin GTX 327.

The GTX-327 doesn't have ADS-B Out capability, so it can't wake up the ADS-B ground stations that the SV-ADSB-470 needs to get a full traffic picture. However, regardless of the transponder you have (even if you have none), you'll always get weather with the ADS-B receiver here in the US.
