In the expert mode, we engage our autopilot with the panel but when we then go to trk alt and press the button the autopilot disconnects. Any suggestions?

Which 'button' are you talking about?

Any button such as the alt or trk turns off the auto pilot. Could that be because of a src being incorrect? Thanks

Only the AP button or the disconnect switch should cause an actual disconnect. All of the other buttons should affect mode changes only. A mode not being available due to lack of equipment or not being a source shouldn't cause a disconnect either. Any chance you're able to send either a series of pictures or a video of the behavior to support at dynonavionics dot com?
