Swap Screen ER

Dynon- great job on the new software! One enhancement I'd like to request is to add the ability to change the view displays when 'Swap Screen' is enabled. I fly a tandem seat aircraft with a display in the front seat that I can see from the rear (pilots) seat. When I'm flying alone or have a technically challanged passenger in the front seat, it would be nice to be able to control what is displayed on the front screen from the rear screen.

Unless I'm missing the point of your request, can you not put on your screen what you want on the front screen, press 'swap' then reset your screen to what you want in the back?

That's exactly what I'd like to do, but I don't think it's possible right now. I thought I tried it the other day, but I'll be out at the hanger again tomorrow (hopefully) and I'll try it again to make sure.

Yeah, it's not perfect for every situtation, and, without getting into nitty gritty details, there are a bunch of things that are very hard to do from a user interface and consistency and a breaking-other-features perspective, so we decided to make the "SWAP" button act like a "mode", if you will, that disables other layout features while you're in it.

I can imagine some of the difficulties, still, I've gotta ask for it. I'm imagining an option to "keep swap" or something like that to allow the swap to be permanent (until swapped again anyhow).
