Test flying our RV12 today, autopilot didn't work for first flight but worked for second flight, the trim indicator did not work at all (trim worked fine), the MAP did not work and has been giving us issues.  Then the SV crashed during the first flight and later on the ground when we went to download the data onto our USB.  System Event 3 and System Event 5 were what the SV said.

Latest software 14.2.1 was uploaded from Van's website previous to the flights.

Also, all files that we download and try to read through SavvyAnalysis are Error - we cannot read them.

We did download the diagnostic file from these two flights.

Please advise.

If you've got a recent System Event 3 while running 14.2.1 I'm sure Dynon is going to be very interested. You can upload your DDF here for their software gurus to check out.

They also request you fill out this form to help understand the details of when it occurred.

The System Event 5 indicates an issues that we'll want to have your display back to repair. The other symptoms are likely due to that hardware problem that SkyView is self-detecting.
