Terrain map topographical features

Compared to my Garmin aera, the SkyView terrain map lacks details such as place names, roads, railways and rivers and the ability to user select the level of detail to be displayed. Any plans to add such features to the terrain map in the future, or alternatively, would it be possible to purchase and load the Jeppesen terrain database in the SkyView?

We do plan on adding these elements to the map in the future. In the mapping world, they are referred to as "cultural" elements and a lot of times are part of a basemap database.

These are not technically part of the Terrain data. It is a whole new database that we need to research, generate, and implement on the product. If you look at the databases on your aera, you'll see that terrain and roads are different databases, and neither come from Jeppesen. One of our challenges will be finding a good source of information that covers the USA as well as the rest of the world.
