TFC Error Message

Hi , New to my Skyview , I have the following TFC with red arrow over it on my Display , I have tried to find out what it means and how to rectify it , any help would be appreciated

Page 7-31 of the Pilot's Guide.

This means you have a traffic receiver but it is not currently receiving data.

I still have this on 10.1 software but no traffic receiver. I thought it was fixed, what am I missing?

Do you have any traffic products? And if not, what are all of your serial ports set to?

No traffic products, but I may have enabled TIS On the transponder, I'll check.

Yup, I have TIS enabled on the transponder, so that's the root cause.
