Traffic information after changes to TIS-B service

I have recently read information published by the FAA on 3/31/15 that talks about changes to the TIS-B service in late 2015 or 2016. After reading it carefully I don't understand if my current Skyview system will continue to show traffic. I have a GPS-250, XPONDER 261 and SV-ADSB-470. Will this continue to work or will I need to upgrade to the GPS-2020?
