TRX 1500 with Dynon HDX

Hello everyone
I am trying to connect a TRX 1500 to my skyview HDX
To do this I have connected the TX and RX wires from port 1 of the HDX to port 3 of the TRX set to serial port output TIS.
From time to time it works but not continuously in the serial port setup page the serial in device is selected on TRX 1500 but it appears in red on the screen I did not find in the documentation what was the problem...

Not sure why this is not working - I can only recommend to set the TRX serial out to FLARM NMEA and select FLARM TRAFFIC as the HDX serial in device as discussed here: https://forum.flydynon.com/threads/air-traffic-from-air-avionics-serial-interface-setting.13526/. Baudrate to be set accordingly ...

I've tried to connect a Pilotaware TRX 1500 via a wired rs232 link, after several attempts and updates to the flarm and flarmtool everything seems to work, but on the serial port page the serial in function is red, what does that mean? see the attached screenshot.

The red might mean that another serial port is also set up as w traffic function, but I'm not sure (checking with colleagues).

I did indeed see that port 3 was declared for my Rosetta even though it was not on the plane.

Thank you for this clarification by declaring none on port 3 the traffic in red disappears.
