Trying to revert to 13.0.3

I followed the SB instructions, but on my Windows 10 machine the USB drives start at J and go up. The application only allows download to USB drive I and below.

Options?

It's supposed to self-identify available USB drives, but it may not correctly identify them if it's not blank. Did you do the format step on the stick? Else, you might try another computer. If that doesn't work, get in touch with our support team at support at dynonavionics dot com or 425-402-0433 and we'll help get it sorted out.

I reverted to 13 using a Win 10 machine and had no issues. May need to manually select the proper USB drive if the auto selection was not correct.

Apologies, but no recommendations. The utility doesn't have a lot of user interface options such as you require. Perhaps try using a different Windows PC?
