I'm planning the wiring on my 9A for both P and R servos.  I see in the instructions that the DSAB wires should be a twisted pair.  Does anyone know of a source for a cable that has twisted pairs or does one just twist?

Thanks

The twisted pair should handle the other power and disconnect in the same bundle. The reason for using twisted pair is for common mode rejection.

You can buy this http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/elpages/shieldwire.php however I am not sure if this is STP or not. I can not imagine why it would be two parallel conductors shielded, but it would be worth checking.

Anybody know if it is?

DSAB is pretty robust. Anything that keeps the two wires in close proximity should work fine. Bundled with other wires is also fine.

Okay then, thanks. I have plenty of the "Stein" servo wire so I'll use that.

So, as long as it is a twisted pair, there is no reason to run it with shielded wire?
Thanks,

Won't hurt, but shielded wire is not a requirement or much of a help.
