Two Flight Plans from two different sources Dynon shows up even when not selected source.

We have an A-36TC with two screens and a Avidyne 440. Was messing around the other day in the hangar. I uploaded a flight plan both to Dynon Skyview HDX as well as the Avidyne through Foreflight. Both came across nicely. I noticed though on the Dynon that the Dynon Flight plan legs showed up even when I had the IFD440 selected as the source. Seems like it shouldn't do this. I always like redundancy if one of the GPS were to go out. Why would this happen?

There's a separate HSI and MAP SOURCE. You change the latter in the flight plan menu

I have the same configuration as you...HDX Skyview and IFD440. When I upload a flight plan to either one, I have to switch my I-Pad WiFi connect to the appropriate device to upload. When you uploaded yours did you also have to do the same or were you able to load to both insturments with a single upload?

No I have to change the wifi source on my settings to upload to the appropriate source from Foreflight.

One helpful hint... handle your 440 as a true FMS and handle the Dynon as your primary display. Since Dynon isn’t IFR certified, his works well for me.
