Unable to load/extract update for 15.0.4

When trying to update my SkyView 10 Classic to version 15.0.4, the loading process got stuck with the extract process bar at 54 %. When I rebooted the screen image was very garbled. After another reboot it came up OK, but still with version 14.1.1 firmware.

Any thoughts?

For some reason that picture isn't loading up. A couple of quicker things to try: A different USB memory stick, and using "method 2" for updating rather than the the package file. If neither of those things work, we'll want to have you touch base with our tech support staff for next steps.
