updated HDX - now no temp sensors.

I updated my Jabiru with the newest Dynon HDX update and it seemed to load properly.
But now I have no temp sensor inputs ( either CHT or EGTs).
When it boots up there is an instantaneous display that shows red crosses on each of the numeric blocks where each temp should be displayed. Then the crosses disappear and are replaced by yellow blocks with numbers which seem reasonable for ambient temps.
No bars in the graphical area.
if I start the engine the temps rise but all too equally be likely real temps. Still no temp bars in the graphical area. The temp digit rise stops at a temp too low to be real and all cylinders are same temp.

Any advice of what to do?

update on the above.
i went back onto the skyview and removed all the files on usb stick.
redownloaded the files from the dynon site and reinstalled.
this time the graphical display of EGT and CHTs is back.
The described red crosses still appears instantaneously and then reverts to yellow boxes with temps in them.
But now the sliding graphical bar graphs appear. So seems to be all working now.
