Updated to V14

I'm now getting shadow targets at 00 altitude--sometimes on me, sometimes on an intercept course, off my wing. They come and go. Please let me know how to get rid of this nuisance. Wasn't V14 supposed to help with this?

What Transponder do you have?
What ADS-B do you have?
What GPS is connected to SkyView?
Where in the USA are you observing this?
What are you seeing in the traffic status area? (lower right area on the map - ADS-B OK, NO RADAR, TIS, ETC)
Is your GPS output on your transponder set to SIL-1? The upgrade to v14 should have done this automatically in the upgrade, but still worth checking.
