Upper size limit for usb drives on skyview?

I just took delivery of my plane with a new hdx installed. The San disc usb thumb drive recommended by Dynon on Amazon is no longer available, so im trying to find a substitute. I know SA recommends "at least 16 gb" for the full up database, but is there any problem (formatting, etc.) with using a larger chip?

I've had 2 very small, usb 3.0, 128 gb Samsung drives in my rotation that work perfectly. The trick to get them to work is to format them in FAT 32 using an after market program since W10 / 11 will not do FAT 32 on a drive with that much space. I used a free shareware program called MiniTool Partition Wizard Free.
