What is the difference between the various types of user files?

When I do one flight and download the user files there are a number of files that are generated (some file names seem to be intuitive and other seem duplicitous) such as:

ALERT DATA
LOP LOG
BLACK BOX DATA
USER DATA LOG

When I upload a file to SAVVY do I upload USER DATA LOG or BLACK BOX DATA?

I have done the LOP a number of times on other flights and this is the first flight I remember seeing a LOP DATA file being generated. Is this something that I should send to SAVVY?

Black Box data is the relative high sample rate data; whereas, the User data is the lower speed version. the Black Box data is about 15 mins of data at 16 samples per second (sps). Used for troubleshooting a momentary issue if you save it off within 15 mins of occurrence..
The User Data is user selectable on sample rate from 16 sps to .1 sps. It will contain hours of flight log depending on selected sample rate. I upload both to Savvy.
See Install manual Appendix F, section 25.

I get about 2 hours of data at 16 SPS. I only upload USER DATA LOG unless I need that higher resolution for something that just happened. Otherwise you just end up with duplicate flights on Savvy
