User Waypoint file (CSV), can't get to load

I must be missing something obvious. Can anybody see what is wrong with this file that I can't get Skyview to load the User waypoints?

Your editor is only putting a CR (Carridge Return) at the end of each line. It needs to also put a LF (Line Feed).

Here's your file with an LF at the end. Loads fine.
