V7 Fuel Tank Reminder not functioning

After loading V7.0 everything seemed OK (except known bug involving screenshot). Last couple of days flying experimenting with fuel tank reminder. First flight set at 5 gal.  No message generated after 12 gal burned. Next flight I set it to 20 min.  No messages or audio alert for fuel reminder during 1.5 hour flight. Is there some other setting required that I'm missing. I am getting other normal audible messages such as "autopilot disconnect" and "leaving altitude".

It is based on knowing your engine is running, and the fuel used is based on fuel flow.

Do you have RPM and OIL pressure hooked up and just named RPM and OIL, not something funny? Do you have a fuel flow sender?

Not much else we can think of. It shouldn't require much configuration.

I have Dynon's fuel flow sensor and all the fuel flow data is working, including the "fuel used" which resets with engine start. Also, the engine run timer that uses engine start (oil pressure I believe) works fine. Nothing different with naming, probably used default names, but will recheck today.

I rechecked the naming and mapping of the RPM and Oil Pressure sensors and both are set to default names and are operating normally, as is everything else, except screenshot and Fuel Tank Reminder. Am I the only one experiencing the Fuel Tank Reminder inop? What activates the timer? Since it can be set using gal or minutes, and I assume both begin their monitoring from engine start  Is there more than one reset/activation trigger, or do both modes share the same trigger? Might help me in tracing the problem. If no one else is experiencing this, and since I have two D100 units, I suspect a setting, but don't know what else might interact with the Fuel Tank Reminder. Can I manually switch which unit is currently set as the "master" for this operation?

Bob,
We're as stumped as you are. The timer doesn't require much to work, and you're the only one reporting an issue.

Things to check:

1) Does your EMS engine timer run? The one that says "RUN TIME" not your hobbs
2) Just to check, you are not getting a message in the MSG button?
