Version 13 issues

I just down loaded version 13 and now my autopilot doesn't work. I get a notice that states "software incompatibility". What do I need to do? I am also having a problem in that my computer does not recognize my thumb drive for down loading from Seattle Avionics. Any suggestions?

1. Make sure all the Dynon equipment is powered up & then do a reconfiguration - should fix it.
