hi support,
Since the update 6.0, the voice of the AP disappeared.
With the update 6.2, it goes to return?

Voice should still work in 6.0, and there aren't any changes in 6.2 (because we don't believe there to be any issues there). One thing that sometimes causes confusion is the fact that if you have multiple displays, the audio outputs from all of them MUST be connected to your audio panel or intercom.

Just so you know but the Voice on my Skyview has been intermittent since the last update..could there be a bug somewhere??

We don't believe there to be a bug - how many displays do you have in your system? If more than one, are they BOTH wired to your audio panel or intercom? Also, is the nature of the intermittency that it either works or doesn't work for a flight? Or do the warnings come and go on a single flight?

hi, it's Philip again,
after update 6.2, i confirm that the two displays have the same configuration with both, voice appears on all messages in hardware setup, but no voice on (parameters on 90 %).
an another idea?

Go to the volume adjust setting on both displays (separately). Do you hear audio from either?

hi, no sound in both of them and the two display are with the same configuration.

Philip - We're not really sure what might be causing this. A diagnotics data log might be helpful. We've send you a private message on how to submit one to us for evaluation.

Hi Philip - I don't have an update from our engineering team on this report at this point. We do review every bug report, but it sometimes takes some time to do the actual analysis.

Hello Support

       Single display ( SV-700 ) and nothing change in the set up menu. Flew the aircraft today and voices worked maybe 30 % of the time at best.

Intercom, radio and Skyview volume and squelch checked and all normal as they should be.

Never had this problem before since the voices have been available.

Sure will be nice if they work like they use to.

Bruno - what was the version you were on previously that worked as expected? And what was the first version that you noticed the voices weren't working all of the time?

Philip - We've looked at your log and are not seeing anything wrong with the alerts. In other words, the alerts are being "triggered" by the system when they should be. Do you hear voices sometimes, or never?

I'm using the latest software version ( 6.2 I believe ) and was using the previous one before.

I started missing the voices with the latest version of the software. Worked fine before..
