Voltimeter and ammeter is flickeing / oscillating

I have this problem only with the EMS becase I have An original analog instruments and its Works fine. First have put the shunt in B position and then I change it to A position, but it was the same. What could be the problem?

I have a EMS D10 and the indication of the voltmeter, ammeter and pressure manifold are flickering / oscillating. What could be the problem?

Whenever I hear of readings flickering/oscillating, I start wondering if there is a grounding problem.

What kind of engine is this? Rotax 912 engines tend to have noisy generators and because of that it's no uncommon to see some amps fluctuation in our D10/D100 series products. However, if voltage is also fluctuating, there's something more fundamental going on with the wiring. Know that the amps are measured from the shunt but the volts are measured directly from the wires that are powering the D10. Do they all only flicker when you the engine is running? If it's a Lycoming, does turning on the alternator change things?

Yes, it's a Lycoming O-540 with alternator 24 volts.
Now the shunt is in position A and the amps change from negative to positive all the time. The volts goes from 24 to 29 volts all the time to (only when the engine is running).
Could be the problem any alternator diode?

If you're seeing that much variation in voltage, it's likely to be real and probably an issue with the alernator or voltage regulator.

Nope! I have connected a voltimeter and the ridding is ok non oscillating. I don't now what can I do!!

Are you measuring the voltage in the same place? If you disconnect the amps shunt from the EMS, does that change anything?

Problem solved!! The problem was with the alternator I replaced it for a new one and thats it, all working fine.
