Warning Xpond GPS in offline

I updated to 7.0 and now I have a warning which says
Xpond GPS in offline. I can't figer out what to do I have the 261 transponder.

This message is warning you that the transponder is not getting GPS data and is configured to get that data from an external certified GPS device.

In SETUP->TRANSPONDER SETUP->GPS DATA, you need to set this to "SkyView" not any of the other options.
