Way Points Again

I added some waypoints to a CSV file that I was working with. I also removed some. It seems that when I reloaded it, the old ones stayed and it just added the new ones? I thought if I made changes to the file it would just load that file. Do I have to go into the skyview, waypoints, menu in order to remove waypoints or can I delete them in the waypoint file I'm loading?

Waypoints are cumulative when they're added to SkyView. Ie, the waypoints file that you load will supplement any that are already in the system. If you want to have ONLY the waypoints you have in that file you created, first go in and clear the entire user waypoints database (there's an option for that). Then load your file.
