Waypoints are not showing

I have tried to create gps approaches as its own flight plan. (To avoid criticism I must state that I don't intend to fly these in actually IFR)
As I create these mini-flight plans, some of the waypoints in the approach do not show up.
Am I doing something wrong?

Kim, we need a lot more information. Are you creating them externally and importing them? Are they correct on the flight plan page but not visually?

I tried to create the new flightplan in the airplane at the SkyView. When I scroll thru the waypoints in the database they just do not show up.
