Weather translator

Hello,

I propose a weather translator that translates ADSB and Sirius METARs and TAFs into an easier to read version. 
There is an Android app called "Aviation Tools Free" which shows what I'd like to propose. After looking up an airport swipe to the right and the weather will be diplayed in the original and below in the translated version.

METARS and TAFS have been translated in SkyView since we introduced weather on the product in 2012.
