Hi Guys
Just refitted my display which has been on its holidays at Dynon. The unit had been working perfectly but the Mac code showed it to be one of the "infested" units with diseased boards just waiting to attack at the worst possible time! (Dramatic ain't I)
I discussed it all with Steve at customer support who handled all the paperwork and organised transport etc. The display travelled to Dynon and return by UPS over the Pond and the total time from collection to delivery back here was a little over a week!
Well done Steve and all at Dynon for a job well done and thanks for being an example of how it should be when looking after Customers.
