I am not sure how administratively difficult this would be for Dynon, but very often we see someone on the forum with an unusual technical issue and they are asked to contact Dynon directly, or to send components for inspection.

That is where the thread ends.

It would sometimes be interesting and useful to know what the final determination of the problem was.

Just a thought! :)

When it's been me with the odd technical issue, I've followed up with a posting in my original thread, giving the outcome to "close the loop". We can encourage that (and I think we should) with any issue that interests us by asking the original poster about it on the forum or by sending a personal message to the original poster. I don't think Dynon needs to be involved in the follow up on the forum; of course, if it's a general problem, they'll address it with notifications on their website, emails, etc.

Yes, good point, there are two parties to the transaction and we would all rather have Dynon spend their time of developing cool products!

So here is an appeal to you guys; when you get an interesting issue and Dynon fixes it "off forum", how about letting us know what the outcome was.

It all adds to the considerable pool of knowledge we are building up.
