I know that the SV-HDX Diagnostic_Data.zip file is for Dynon's use only, and that's why it's zipped and password protected. I'm curious, though, about what type of information is in that file. Is it simply a zipped version of the three pilot-readable csv files named Alert_Data, Block_Box_Log_Data and User_Log_Data? Or does the Diagnostic_Data.zip file contain different information, and if so, what is it?

It also contains some deep system level files that our system unpacks and processes them into what we call sessions that contain all sorts of logged system data along with logs of all the serial data in and out of the system. Most aren't human readable and takes the engineers to sort through.

That interesting & begs the question - you using AI instead of real people ? 😂

(to clarify, all of the people and engineers at Dynon are awesome. Diagnostic files can be pretty human-intensive and time-consuming at times, though)
