Where is Skyview Firmware 13.0.3 ?

I'm working on the bench solving install design problems. I'm currently running 11.x firmware and am aware of the 14.x problem. So I wanted to download 13.0.3 firmware. But I can't find it . Anyone with a URL for the download ?

The latest version of the public test version that the download page / service bulletin fixes the bugs in the bulletin, although the eventual stable release will fix a few more smaller things.
