I plugged in the Wi - Fi adapter with its small cable to the back of the SV1000 and I put a password. However the status is FAULT.

Is what I badly plugged my adapter?
Merci

I was getting the same error this morning when I tried to set up my system. I had my aircraft identifier set as C_GDWH in aircraft information. I had to change it to CGDWH, no _ in between the C and G. It is now showing online. With the underscore in place the wifi setup was showing a space between the C and G (blank space) and it didn't accept it as a valid network name.

One thing to check: In SETUP MENU > LOCAL DISPLAY SETUP > DISPLAY HARDWARE INFORMATION, what is the IP address?

Ah - I had the same FAULT trying to install mine. After talking to Dynon support I shipped it back for a replacement. Looks like it's just a bug for us non N number guys. Good to know. The replacement shipped while I was at Sun n Fun so I'll get to install it this week keeping in mind Colin's advise. Thanks Colin :)

Colin is right, thanks for the tip. Do not put any space into the registration of the aircraft. I removed the space and now everything works beautifully. It's a super idea the Wi - Fi. :)
