Hello, is there any plan to use the WiFi for more than transferring a Flightplan?? I use PocketFms for the Datas on my Skyview and the Ipad. Transferring a Flighplan works perfect, bur the database for the obstacles and airspaces coming via USB. Especially on vacation, it is very complicated to make an update via USB. It would be helpful to transfer these Data also through the WiFi from Skyview!

completely agree! I actually thought that one could update the dynon files as well. Shouldnt be hard to have a specific link to the monthly and firmware via the wifi and transfer directly versus the copy/insert USB and copy process, not to mention the need to have a computer that has a USB (and wifi to download), which TopGun is pointing out. With the way to use wifi from ipad, I can do all this seemlessly with a device  I carry on trips anyway.
Please put on "wishlist" and any other benefits (maybe portable ADS abilities??)

As we've pointed out previously in discussions like this, while transferring a particular type of data over Wi-Fi may be technically feasible, before it can be considered to do so, the transfer of data from one unit to another unit has to be permitted by the entity that generates the data - PocketFMS in your case. Thus... not as simple as it first appears.

Any update for WingX Pro users, to have the capability to port data, back and forth, between Skyview and WingX Pro on the iPad?
