Hi.
We have 2 EFIS D10A and 1 EMS D10 installed in our RV7. We just bought it and i found out, that the firmware versions are outdated. In the pilots EFIS is 2.19 present.
There is no Serial connector to make the updates.
Question. Do i have to install 3 serial connectors? One for each. Or is it possible to wire all 3 units parallel to one connector and then just power up the unit that gets the update?

You really want to have a dedicated serial connector for each device. If you did want to have only one connector, you'd want to ensure that there's no connection to the other two units (even assuming they're powered off) when you're updating one of them, by either switching where that connector goes or by physically removing the D25 or D37 from the other devices.
