What happens when the screen freezes for hours with the splash screen on the display that says "Do not remove power"? Do you just go ahead and remove power and start over? Does the display quit working? Is the whole Skyview system now irreparably broken?
When this happened with me (on the most recent update), I removed power and then turned it back on and the update continued to load. All was well on completion.
This same scenario has also happened to me. I did what wilersk did and after the reboot, all systems were once again normal and the update completed. I guess sometimes it just hangs. I think the key thing to remember is to wait before rebooting - I waited about 5-10 minutes before performing the reboot.

I have a call in for Tech Support. Sounds like they're busy.
Next problem is that despite following instructions and importing old settings, my VP-X license didn't carry over. Do I have to buy a new license for VP-X?
