I had a EMS module failure that took down the Skyview buss. Just big red X’s. I have a D100 for my backup. Once I got on the ground I was able to disconnect the EMS and was able to get my PFD back, but no engine info. A totally independent system is your best approach for a backup.

That is not enough burn to adjust the k-factor. i would not adjust until you burn close to a full tank. Then to fine tune, add up a couple fill ups to get a new total fuel burn, actual and SV values. kurt
