In the UK, the LAA, regulatory authority, has asked me to provide certain information. It regards the ‘protocol’ or the means by which the Dynon transponder, Dynon GPS and Dynon ADS-B communicate with each other. Is it NMEA? I’ve no idea what this is, nor do I care. I just need an answer. Thanks.

I have a Skyview 1100 HDX. My flaps are configured through a Vertical Power VPX. I can't figure out how to change the UP setting on the Skyview flap widget to show 'Zero' (0) when the flaps are completely in the UP position. It shows 3 degrees down. I think I managed to fix this before, some...

Thank you all for your inputs. Never did figure out where the HEX code of 435432 came from. I think Octal and SkyView software version inputs were red herrings. But thanks, anyway, for these suggestions. In the end, taking some of the advice from above, I deleted the HEX code in the Skyview...

Just to tidy up this thread. After performing a test, at Dynon’s request, using the pin configuration page, it was established that there was a problem with the pitot heater controller. I opted to purchase a new one. Dynon gave me a small reduction in price. Still haven’t flown the aircraft...

I suspect the right side knob of my Skyview 1100 Display has lost part of its function. It appears that when I push the knob that function works. However, when I try and rotate the knob, nothing happens. It means I can't change numbers or letters, scale settings etc.. Any ideas?

On the widget displayed on the SkyView screen, I have it showing ON and Green continouosly, irrespective of the pitot heat switch position. I configured it as per the pictures attached below. Very confusing.
