I have two COM radios in the panel and my biggest complaint is readability. There does not seem to be an ablity to adjust them either in the HDX controls or on their own. Also, the number 1 has a backlight, which helps, but the #2 has no backlight and there does not seem to be a way to control...

I think this is a great idea. I would like to have the ability to get a audio alert on V1, Vr, V2 etc. Any idea if this could be done? It would be an added safety item.

OK, tracked down the problem. Ended up using my fabricated connector. I was very disappointed to find that the Dynon intercom connector only accomodates one radio. If you have two coms, then you are out of luck with the factory version. My problem turned out to be a flaky ground in the pigtail...

Thanks Ray, I have done some more trouble shooting. RF noise has been elminated, but I have discovered that the Comm 1 is about half the volume of Comm2. Swapped both the the panel and transmitter sections of both radios and elimated those components as the source of the problem. The intercom...
